Small Group Training
Bizzy Bodies Fitness small group personal training sessions are a great way to get personalized attention without the cost of one-on-one sessions.
In fact, small group classes are a favorite of Bizzy Bodies clients because they offer the motivating camaraderie of group exercise while also the individual attention typically found only in a one-on-one session. Another plus is the class renews every six weeks. That means your commitment is just six weeks, giving you schedule flexibility while also helping you stick with your goals. And no need to lug any weights or mats to class: all the equipment needed is provided.
The exercises you are guided through will help you gain strength and increase your overall health. At the beginning of each session, you will choose your strength training focus for that day--arms, legs, shoulders, back, or core. Support and assistance will be provided to you so you work out safely, efficiently, and to your own ability. Half-way through the session, the entire group comes together for an instructor-led low impact cardiovascular exercise routine. Finally, the session concludes with core-focused moves and stretching as a group.
These small group sessions are limited to five participants, every six weeks at various locations throughout the Upper Valley. You may join a new group every six weeks, and may enroll in as many groups simultaneously as space allows. Pre-registration is required.
