FUNdamentals of Fitness Workout
Get a great heart pumping and strength building workout in one place! This 60-minute moderate intensity class features alternating segments of cardiovascular and resistance training exercise to keep you moving and challenge every fitness level.

Pricing & Enrollment Information
Three payment options:
Single location six week session* $81
Multi location 10 class punch card** $135
Drop in any class $16 per class
*Dates of a session are predetermined (see left for schedule. Ongoing classes can be purchased in six week increments to get the lower price). No make-up classes. However, you are welcome to join another class location within the same week.
**punch cards expire 16 weeks from date of purchase
Payment is due the first class of the session.
Bring water, yoga mat, and athletic shoes. Bug spray for outdoor classes if desired.
Outdoor classes may be cancelled due to weather related issues. Cancellation notices will be posted on Facebook. If you wish to be emailed regarding a specific class contact the instructor to be placed on the email list.
