For those with a special exercise interest, Bizzy Bodies Fitness has
knowledge of multiple fitness modalities including kickboxing, low to
moderate impact aerobics, high intensity interval training, spinning,
Tai Chi, aqua aerobics, strength training, TRX or suspension training,
and boot camp style training.
